Mirsad Fazlić, passed away in 2017, yet he is still listed as a shareholder, as the company was not legally re-registered, according to public records, which was confirmed by Slobodna Bosna. Mirha Mujović is the current CEO of the company, while Mario Iličić is listed as the procurator

Slobodna Bosna did not respond to the questionnaire sent in August 2023 nor to the subsequent reminder. However, Slobodna.ba CEO Mirha Dedić confirmed in a telephone conversation that the company was never legally re-registered after the death of one of the co-founders, Mirsad Fazlić, in 2017.
